“The Elephant”

The workout is to lift an average elephants weight (7000lbs) above your head as quickly as possible. Use any piece of equipment in the gym, (barbell, db’s, kb’s, Wall Balls, plates etc..) The challenge is both strategic and based on your awareness as an athlete, engine vs strength.
