*must complete the calories within 1 mins

*5 burpee penalty for every second over 1 mins

*rest 3 mins in between each set

40 Synchro Dumbbell Snatches (50/35lbs)

400M Run

100 Synchro Air Squats

400M Run

40 Synchro Burpees over dumbbells

*partners must start and finish all 3 runs together
