Technique

Pistols (5 x 5 )

Work up to 5 sets of 5 reps on each leg for the pistol squat. Rest as needed in between. Score is number of sets completed Rx

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP:

5 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

10 Dumbell Goblet Squats (50#/35#)

15 Medball Sit ups (20#/14#)
