Rowing:
30 second sprint
30 second rest
Repeat for 3 rounds
Then follow with 2 minutes max air squats

Rest 3 minutes

Air Dyne:
30 second sprint
30 second rest
Repeat for 3 rounds
Then follow with 2 minutes jump lunges

Rest 3 minutes

Banded work:
30 second high knees
30 second rest
Repeat for 3 rounds
Then follow with a 2 minute plank hold
