In Teams of 3 on Air Dyne:
P1: 1 minute Interval
30 second M.E. bike in remainder time complete as many sit ups as possible
P2: Hold Barbell overhead for full minute as P1 works
P3: Rest
**rotate and complete 3 full ME rounds each!!**

REST 3 MINUTES

In Teams of 3 on Rower:
P1: 1 minute interval
30 second M.E. row in remainder time complete as many burpees as possible
P2: Hold a hollow hold
P3: Rest
**rotate and complete 3 full ME rounds each!!**
