Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

Take time to warm up movements for the total. Spend 15 mins at each movement to come up with a max, and then move on to the next movement. Partner up in 2’s or 3’s and work together. You can start with any movement.

Bench Press (1 Rep Max)
Overhead Squat (1 Rep Max)
