In teams of two:

Back Squat @75%

5-4-3-2-1 (each)

*200M row each after each set of squats

*partner 1 completes a full set of squats and rowing before switching

Metcon (Calories)

4 Rounds

:30 second air dyne sprints

followed by 1 rope climb

*rest 1.5 mins between sets

*score is total calories
